Warehouse Senior Supervisor (Electronics)

Lead, plan, organize, and control all warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures and budgets.

Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, issuing, order picking, packing, shipping, and documentation control.

Ensure all warehouse transactions are accurately recorded in the ERP system and aligned with physical stock movements.

Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, and Logistics teams to support manufacturing and distribution requirements.

Monitor and manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits; investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Optimize warehouse layout, storage utilization, and workflow efficiency (clear zoning, aisle management, and designated pick/put-away locations).

Utilize WMS and other relevant systems to enhance operational efficiency and inventory tracking.

Conduct root cause analysis and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.

Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.

Prepare and submit operational reports accurately and on schedule.

Ensure full compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and company standards.

Enforce housekeeping standards in accordance with HSE, 5S, and C-TPAT requirements.

Oversee safe operation of material handling equipment and ensure proper manual handling practices.

Maintain warehouse security and safeguard stored materials.

Lead, supervise, and develop the warehouse team to ensure effective implementation of operational strategies.

Assign daily tasks, monitor attendance and overtime, and ensure clear communication of responsibilities.

Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance productivity and employee engagement.

Develop and implement staff appraisal and training plans (on-the-job and external training programs).

Promote a motivated, performance-driven culture and create opportunities for employee growth and advancement.

Prepare and manage operational and manpower budgets; monitor expenses and recommend corrective actions when necessary.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

Implement cost-reduction strategies across warehouse and logistics activities while maintaining high service standards.

Improve warehouse capacity, storage systems, and loading/unloading processes.

Enhance overall plant logistics and supply chain performance through cross-functional collaboration.

Male/Female under 40 years old

Degree related to Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or similar fields

At least 5 years of experience in a senior warehouse management position at FDI manufacturing companies, especially electronics companies

Excellent understanding of warehouse and transportation processes

Experience in inventory control and warehouse operations improvement

Strong knowledge of relevant ERP software and systems, with preference for Microsoft D365

Fluent in English across all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
