Warehouse Senior Supervisor (Logistics)

1. People Management

• Supervise staff in compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor regulations.

• Handle recruitment, attendance, performance evaluation, and staff development.

• Communicate and improve HR policies where needed.

2. Operations Management

• Oversee daily warehouse operations: inbound, outbound, inventory control, and resource planning.

• Ensure proper stock organization, space optimization, and adherence to safety and security protocols.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment.

• Monitor asset protection systems and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to improve productivity.

• Deliver on KPIs, budget targets, and customer service standards.

• Provide regular performance updates and lead operational reviews, Gemba walks, and team huddles.

• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

3. Training & Compliance

• Train staff on procedures, safety, and systems.

• Ensure full compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

• Support audits, CAPA implementation, and company initiatives.

4. Other Duties

• Perform tasks as assigned by the Distribution Center Manager.

• Male/Female. under 45 years old

• At least 3 years of experience supervising Warehouse operations for 3PL logistics companies.

• Experienced in handling a wide range of product categories.

• Good English skills, capable of attending interviews and communicating effectively.

• In-depth understanding of contract-based logistics service implementation.

• Strong people management skills, with proven experience leading teams of at least 10 staff members.

• Proficient in using MS Office and other basic computer applications.
