Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tìm kiếm Trưởng Phòng Vận Hành (Tiếng Trung, $1800, ID17876)
- Vận hành, quản lý và phát triển Bộ phận Vận hành của công ty.
- Chịu trách nhiệm làm việc với khách hàng, cơ quan hải quan và các công ty vận tải.
- Quản lý và giám sát quy trình giao nhận hàng hóa.
- Chịu trách nhiệm xử lý các tình huống rủi ro phát sinh trong quá trình giao hàng và giải quyết khiếu nại từ khách hàng.
- Cung cấp thông tin kịp thời cho các bộ phận liên quan để đảm bảo hàng hóa, chứng từ và hồ sơ được giao nhận đầy đủ, đúng thời hạn.
- Báo cáo định kỳ cho Ban Giám đốc.
Requirement
- Nam/nữ, 39-45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp đại học.
- Có trên 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương, đặc biệt là trong lĩnh vực vận tải xuyên biên giới (Cross Border Truck - CBT).
- Thành thạo tiếng Trung. Tiếng Anh là một lợi thế.
