Job Description
-
Quản lý toàn bộ hoạt động sản xuất tại xưởng may, đảm bảo tiến độ, chất lượng và năng suất theo kế hoạch.
-
Lập kế hoạch sản xuất ngắn hạn và dài hạn, phân bổ nguồn lực (nhân sự, máy móc, nguyên phụ liệu) hợp lý.
-
Giám sát quy trình sản xuất, kiểm soát chất lượng sản phẩm theo tiêu chuẩn của khách hàng Nhật Bản.
-
Phối hợp với các phòng ban (Kinh doanh, Xuất nhập khẩu, Kho, QA/QC) để đảm bảo đơn hàng giao đúng hạn.

Báo cáo trực tiếp cho Ban Giám đốc và khách hàng Nhật về tình hình sản xuất, tiến độ đơn hàng, các vấn đề phát sinh.

Đào tạo, hướng dẫn và phát triển đội ngũ quản lý chuyền, tổ trưởng nhằm nâng cao năng lực sản xuất.

Triển khai và duy trì các hệ thống quản lý chất lượng (ISO, 5S, Kaizen) trong nhà máy.
-
Đề xuất giải pháp cải tiến quy trình, giảm chi phí, tăng năng suất và hiệu quả sản xuất.
Requirement
- Nam/ nữ dưới 45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học, cao đẳng chuyên ngành liên quan
- Có từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương trong lĩnh vực sản xuất
- Thành thạo tiếng Nhật (N2 trở lên).
