Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty sản xuất của Việt Nam đang tìm kiếm vị trí Trưởng Phòng QA (GMP, 1500 USD, ID-19588)
- Xây dựng, duy trì và cập nhật hệ thống tài liệu chất lượng (SOP, hồ sơ lô, biểu mẫu, hướng dẫn công việc...).
- Giám sát việc tuân thủ GMP, ISO và các tiêu chuẩn nội bộ.
- Quản lý quy trình ban hành, sửa đổi, thu hồi tài liệu chất lượng.
- Tổ chức và theo dõi các hoạt động đánh giá nội bộ, đánh giá nhà cung cấp.
- Chủ trì và thực hiện hiệu quả hoạt động tự thanh tra hằng năm.
- Kiểm soát việc thực hiện vệ sinh nhà xưởng, thiết bị và hồ sơ lô.
- Phối hợp với các phòng ban (Kỹ thuật, Kho, R&D, QC, Sản xuất…) xử lý sai lỗi, sai lệch, điều tra OOS/OOT trong quá trình sản xuất.
- Duyệt hồ sơ lô và đưa ra quyết định phê duyệt xuất xưởng sản phẩm.
- Lập kế hoạch và tổ chức thẩm định thiết bị, quy trình, hệ thống và phương pháp vệ sinh.
- Chủ trì chuẩn bị và tham gia các đợt đánh giá GMP, ISO và các tiêu chí chất lượng khác.
- Quản lý chương trình đào tạo về GMP, an toàn và chất lượng.
- Tiếp nhận, điều tra, báo cáo và xử lý khiếu nại sản phẩm; báo cáo kịp thời các vấn đề liên quan cho quản lý trực tiếp.
- Triển khai và theo dõi CAPA; thúc đẩy các chương trình cải tiến hệ thống chất lượng.
- Phân công công việc, giám sát và đánh giá hiệu quả làm việc của nhân viên QA.
- Thực hiện tuyển dụng, đào tạo và phát triển năng lực đội ngũ.
Requirement
- Nam/nữ, dưới 45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Dược, Hóa, Sinh học, Công nghệ thực phẩm
- Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực QA/GMP, tại các công ty Việt Nam về mảng Dược, Mỹ phẩm, công nghệ thực phẩm, hoặc ngành thực phẩm, sữa, vật tư y tế. Trong đó có tối thiếu 1 năm giưc vị trí quản lý
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có chứng chỉ hành nghề mảng Đảm bảo chất lượng của Thuốc.
- Am hiểu GMP - WHO, GMP HS, ISO 9001/22000/13485, GLP, GSP, quy định pháp lý ngành Dược – Mỹ phẩm – TPBVSK
