Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Trưởng Phòng Nhân Sự (Tiếng Trung, ID17659, 1800USD):
- Xây dựng chiến lược & kế hoạch nhân sự phù hợp với định hướng phát triển của công ty
- Quản lý tuyển dụng, đào tạo & phát triển nhân sự
- Xây dựng Chính sách lương thưởng & phúc lợi (C&B)
- Thiết lập chính sách, quy trình và hệ thống nhân sự theo chuẩn quốc tế.
- Quan hệ lao động và xây dựng văn hóa doanh nghiệp
- Đánh giá hiệu quả công việc (KPI, OKR,...)
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, từ 35 đến 45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành liên quan
- Tối thiểu từ 4 năm trở lên đảm nhận vị trí Trưởng phòng nhân sự trở lên trong các công ty sản xuất đa quốc gia
- Tiếng Trung thành thạo 4 kỹ năng
