Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty Việt Nam, hiện đang tuyển Trưởng Phòng Marketing (Thời Trang, $1600, ID20016):
- Lập kế hoạch và triển khai các chiến dịch marketing nhằm nâng cao nhận diện thương hiệu và hỗ trợ mục tiêu kinh doanh.
- Định hướng nội dung và hình ảnh thương hiệu, phối hợp với đội ngũ sáng tạo để đảm bảo tính đồng bộ trên các kênh truyền thông.
- Xây dựng và vận hành các hoạt động marketing trên TikTok Shop, Shopee và các nền tảng social, tập trung vào hiệu quả chuyển đổi và doanh thu.
- Quản lý và tối ưu các chiến dịch quảng cáo (ads), KOC/KOL booking và các hoạt động performance marketing.
- Theo dõi, phân tích dữ liệu (doanh thu, chi phí, hiệu suất chiến dịch) để đưa ra các quyết định tối ưu.
- Phối hợp với bộ phận sản phẩm để nghiên cứu, phát triển các dòng sản phẩm phù hợp với xu hướng thị trường.
- Phân tích thị trường, đối thủ cạnh tranh và hành vi khách hàng (đặc biệt nhóm Gen Z) để đề xuất chiến lược phát triển.
- Xây dựng, quản lý và phát triển đội ngũ marketing theo định hướng mở rộng quy mô kinh doanh.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, 30-36 tuổi
- Tối thiểu 4 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí quản lý marketing, ưu tiên trong ngành thời trang; có thể xem xét ứng viên từ retail hoặc mỹ phẩm.
- Đã từng trực tiếp chịu trách nhiệm doanh thu lớn (từ ~100 tỷ/năm trở lên).
- Có tư duy kết hợp giữa branding và performance marketing.
- Am hiểu các nền tảng TikTok Shop, Shopee và các kênh social media
- Ứng viên có portfolio chiến dịch thực tế là điểm cộng lớn
