Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Trưởng Phòng Kinh Doanh (Thiết bị vệ sinh, $1200+, ID19398):
- Xây dựng, triển khai và giám sát kế hoạch kinh doanh bán lẻ theo tháng/quý/năm.
- Xây dựng và quản lý danh sách khách hàng bán lẻ tiềm năng.
- Thiết lập và duy trì mối quan hệ với khách hàng hiện có, tìm kiếm khách hàng mới.
- Thực hiện khảo sát, đánh giá nhu cầu của khách hàng để đề xuất sản phẩm phù hợp.
- Phát triển hệ thống showroom, đại lý hoặc kênh phân phối bán lẻ
- Xây dựng cơ cấu tổ chức, phân công nhiệm vụ và chỉ tiêu cho từng nhân viên
- Nghiên cứu, đề xuất chính sách giá, chiết khấu, ưu đãi phù hợp với thị trường và khách hàng.
- Phối hợp với bộ phận Marketing để triển khai chương trình quảng bá, khuyến mãi.
- Theo dõi công nợ khách hàng, phối hợp với bộ phận kế toán đảm bảo thu hồi công nợ đúng hạn.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, 30 -45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành
- Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Trưởng phòng Kinh doanh, trong ngành thiết bị vệ sinh, nội thất hoặc vật liệu xây dựng hoặc các ngành liên quan
- Am hiểu về kinh doanh bán lẻ
