Job Description
Mức lương 1000 đô la/tháng đang chờ đón! Chúng tôi đang tuyển dụng Trưởng Phòng Kinh Doanh Dự Án (Thiết bị Mạng, ID18321) cho một công ty đầu tư Việt Nam:
- Quản lý, phát triển đội ngũ Kinh doanh Dự án tại 3 chi nhánh (Hà Nội, TP.HCM, Đà Nẵng).
- Tìm kiếm, tư vấn và triển khai giải pháp hệ thống mạng: thiết bị chuyển mạch, bộ định tuyến, thiết bị Wi-Fi, gateway, tường lửa và server.
- Kết nối và mở rộng mối quan hệ với các công ty CNTT, nhà thầu, chủ đầu tư Bất động sản,..
- Trực tiếp tham gia bán hàng: báo giá, đàm phán, ký kết hợp đồng.
- Chăm sóc khách hàng, quản lý công nợ, duy trì quan hệ hợp tác lâu dài.
- Đào tạo sản phẩm, nâng cao kỹ năng bán hàng cho đội ngũ.
- Phối hợp với các phòng ban xây dựng chính sách, quy trình bán hàng.
- Lập kế hoạch, báo cáo, phân tích kinh doanh theo định hướng Ban Giám đốc.
Requirement
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học, ưu tiên ngành Kinh tế, CNTT, Mạng, Viễn thông.
- Độ tuổi: 25 – 34, không yêu cầu giới tính.
- Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm kinh doanh, trong đó ít nhất 1 năm quản lý/ phát triển đội nhóm.
- Kinh nghiệm làm việc với khách hàng, đối tác trong lĩnh vực CNTT, nhà thầu, chủ đầu tư Bất động sản.
- Có năng lực quản lý, điều phối, kỹ năng thuyết trình và phân tích thị trường tốt.
- Am hiểu quy trình bán hàng, chăm sóc khách hàng, lập và triển khai kế hoạch kinh doanh.
