Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Trưởng Phòng Kinh Doanh (Dịch Vụ Y Tế, B2B, $2000, ID19943):
- Tìm kiếm, tiếp cận và phát triển mạng lưới khách hàng doanh nghiệp (bệnh viện, phòng khám, tổ chức y tế, công ty).
- Thiết lập và duy trì mối quan hệ hợp tác bền vững với khách hàng hiện hữu.
- Lập kế hoạch kinh doanh theo tháng/quý/năm và tổ chức triển khai hiệu quả.
- Quản lý, đào tạo và dẫn dắt đội ngũ kinh doanh đạt chỉ tiêu được giao.
- Theo dõi tiến độ bán hàng, đảm bảo doanh số và hiệu suất làm việc của team.
- Kiểm soát quy trình báo giá, đề xuất hợp tác và ký kết hợp đồng.
- Phân tích thị trường, đánh giá đối thủ và đề xuất chiến lược phát triển phù hợp.
- Chủ động tìm kiếm cơ hội kinh doanh mới, mở rộng thị trường.
- Thực hiện báo cáo định kỳ về kết quả kinh doanh, đồng thời đề xuất giải pháp cải thiện.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, 34 - 40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Kinh doanh, Marketing hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- Có tối thiểu 5–7 năm kinh nghiệm trong kinh doanh B2B, trong đó ít nhất 2–3 năm ở vị trí quản lý tương đương. Bắt buộc có kinh nghiệm thực tế trong việc kinh doanh các gói xét nghiệm y tế.
- Am hiểu thị trường và mô hình vận hành trong lĩnh vực y tế.
- Có kỹ năng lãnh đạo, xây dựng đội nhóm và phát triển nhân sự.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán và phát triển khách hàng tốt.
- Sẵn sàng đi công tác theo yêu cầu công việc.
