Job Description
Mức lương 1800 đô la/tháng đang chờ đón! Chúng tôi đang tuyển dụng Trưởng Phòng Kế Toán (Tiếng Trung, Sản Xuất, ID15370) cho một công ty đầu tư nước ngoài:
- Lãnh đạo và hướng dẫn phòng kế toán
- Kiểm tra tất cả các chứng từ với hỗ trợ trước khi đăng vào hệ thống kế toán
- Đảm bảo duy trì hồ sơ kế toán đầy đủ và chính xác, cân đối dòng tiền và dòng tiền ngân hàng thực tế hàng tháng
- Thực hiện các khoản thanh toán được ủy quyền được phê duyệt bởi tổng giám đốc hoặc công ty cổ phần
- Chuẩn bị và gửi tài khoản quản lý hàng tháng với sự cố số liệu
- Chuẩn bị và cập nhật ngân sách lãi & lỗ
- Thu thập thông tin dự báo bán hàng hàng tháng
- Liên lạc với các ngân hàng Việt Nam để biết thông tin mới nhất và giám sát tình trạng của các cơ sở ngân hàng (nếu có)
- Liên lạc với các kiểm toán viên bên ngoài trong kiểm toán theo luật định tạm thời và hàng năm, nộp thuế và các vấn đề thư ký của công ty.
- Tuân thủ các yêu cầu về tài chính và thuế địa phương bằng cách nghiên cứu luật pháp hiện hành
- Xem xét các chính sách tài chính hiện tại và cung cấp các đề xuất trong việc phát triển các quy trình kiểm soát hiệu quả cho chi phí và hoạt động.
Requirement
- Nữ, 35-50 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành tài chính kế toán.
- 5 năm kinh nghiệm kế toán tại công ty sản xuất FDI
- Tiếng trung thành thạo
- Ưu tiên biết tiếng anh
