Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty sản xuất có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Trưởng Phòng Kế Hoạch Sản Xuất (Tiếng Nhật, $1750, ID19693):
- Lập và triển khai kế hoạch sản xuất khi tiếp nhận đơn hàng từ khách hàng.
- Giám sát công tác mua sắm nguyên vật liệu, đảm bảo đủ và đúng tiến độ cho sản xuất.
- Theo dõi, kiểm soát tiến độ sản xuất, đảm bảo kế hoạch được thực hiện hiệu quả.
- Phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan (Sales, Mua hàng, Kho, Sản xuất…) để đáp ứng lịch giao hàng cho khách hàng.
- Xử lý và phối hợp giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình sản xuất nhằm đảm bảo tiến độ và chất lượng.
- Phân công công việc, quản lý và phát triển đội ngũ nhân viên phòng Kế hoạch Sản xuất (khoảng 5 nhân viên).
- Lập báo cáo định kỳ và đột xuất cho Tổng Giám đốc người Nhật.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của Ban Giám đốc.
Requirement
- Nữ, từ 35 tuổi trở lên.
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Quản trị Kinh doanh hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương, Có kinh nghiệm lập kế hoạch sản xuất tại công ty sản xuất, ưu tiên công ty Nhật Bản.
- Tiếng Nhật trình độ N2 trở lên (sử dụng cho báo cáo và trao đổi công việc thường xuyên với phía Nhật).
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp cơ bản.
- Kỹ năng lập kế hoạch và tổ chức công việc tốt.
