Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Trưởng Phòng Hành Chính & Nhân Sự (Tiếng Trung, ID19597, 1150USD):
- Quản lý, phân công và giám sát công việc của toàn bộ nhân viên trong phòng HCNS.
- Đảm bảo phòng HCNS hoàn thành các mục tiêu và chức năng được giao.
- Xây dựng kế hoạch, cải tiến quy trình vận hành của phòng để nâng cao hiệu quả công việc.
- Cập nhật, xây dựng và ban hành nội quy lao động, quy chế, quy trình, quy định của Công ty.
- Giám sát việc tuân thủ các chính sách, quy định của doanh nghiệp.
- Giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến quan hệ lao động, kỷ luật, tranh chấp nếu có.
- Am hiểu và đảm bảo tuân thủ Luật Lao động, Luật BHXH, Luật An toàn lao động.
- Quản lý toàn bộ hoạt động tuyển dụng, đào tạo, đánh giá nhân sự.
- Quản lý hồ sơ nhân viên, hợp đồng lao động, thay đổi lương và các thủ tục liên quan.
- Chấm công – tính lương phối hợp với bộ phận kế toán/ C&B theo quy trình công ty.
- Lập và thực hiện báo cáo hành chính nhân sự định kỳ.
- Làm và quản lý hồ sơ: Visa, Work Permit, Thẻ tạm trú (TRC) cho chuyên gia nước ngoài.
- Phối hợp với cơ quan chức năng và đơn vị dịch vụ để đảm bảo hồ sơ đúng hạn.
- Quản lý tài sản, văn phòng phẩm, xe đưa đón, bếp ăn công ty,...
- Quản lý dịch vụ văn phòng (bảo trì, vệ sinh, an ninh...).
- Đảm bảo môi trường làm việc an toàn, ngăn nắp, đúng quy chuẩn.
- Xây dựng, triển khai và duy trì văn hóa doanh nghiệp.
- Tổ chức các hoạt động nội bộ: team building, sự kiện công ty, ngày lễ, hoạt động gắn kết.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, dưới 45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên.
- Có từ 2 năm kinh nghiệm Trưởng phòng Hành chính – Nhân sự
- Tiếng Trung nghe – nói – đọc – viết thành thạo.
- Hiểu rõ và vận dụng tốt Luật Lao động, Luật BHXH, Luật ATLĐ.
- Có kinh nghiệm xử lý thủ tục visa, gplđ cho người nước ngoài.
