Job Description
- Chấm công, tính lương, khai báo và theo dõi BHXH, thuế TNCN, quyết toán thuế.
- Quản lý hồ sơ nhân sự, hệ thống dữ liệu lao động (Việt Nam & nước ngoài).
- Thực hiệncông tác tuyển dụng
- Làm giấy phép lao động, visa, thẻ tạm trú.
- Quản lý xe công, bảo vệ, tạp vụ, cây cảnh và trạm cân nhà máy.
- Theo dõi chi phí hành chính, mua sắm văn phòng phẩm, làm việc với cơ quan chức năng.
- Lập báo cáo định kỳ
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của cấp trên.
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nam/Nữ, Độ tuổi: 28-45 tuổi
- Bằng Cử nhân trở lên trong các lĩnh vực liên quan
- Có 2 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên ở vị trí tương đương trong công ty sản xuất, quy mô tầm 200 nhân viên
- Mạnh về tuyển dụng (đặc biệt là tuyển Lao động phổ thông), có kinh nghiệm làm việc với các cơ quan nhà nước
- Thành thạo tiếng Trung
