Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty Việt Nam hoạt động trong lĩnh vực sản xuất, hiện đang tìm Trưởng Phòng Hành Chính & Nhân Sự (Thương Mại & Sản Xuất, ID18337, 1500 USD):
- Quản lý toàn bộ hoạt động Hành chính – Nhân sự của công ty, đảm bảo tuân thủ quy định nội bộ và pháp luật hiện hành.
- Xây dựng, rà soát và cải tiến hệ thống quy trình, chính sách nhân sự nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động.
- Lập kế hoạch và triển khai công tác tuyển dụng, đảm bảo nguồn nhân lực đáp ứng nhu cầu phát triển của công ty.
- Tổ chức hội nhập, đào tạo, nâng cao kỹ năng và phát triển năng lực cho nhân viên.
- Thiết lập, theo dõi và đánh giá KPI cho đội ngũ Hành chính – Nhân sự.
- Tham mưu cho Ban Giám đốc về các vấn đề liên quan đến Nhân sự, C&B và Hành chính.
- Quản lý chấm công, tiền lương, chế độ phúc lợi, đảm bảo chi trả chính xác và đúng hạn.
- Theo dõi, đối chiếu và thực hiện các thủ tục bảo hiểm xã hội, bảo hiểm y tế, bảo hiểm thất nghiệp theo quy định.
- Giám sát công tác hành chính, văn thư, lưu trữ, lễ tân và các hoạt động nội bộ khác.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của Ban Giám đốc.
Requirement
- Nữ, Dưới 45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Luật, Quản trị Nhân sự hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Trưởng phòng Nhân sự hoặc Giám đốc Nhân sự tại công ty có từ 200 nhân sự trở lên (ưu tiên lĩnh vực dược phẩm).
- Thành thạo phần mềm quản lý nhân sự; có khả năng quản lý cả khối thương mại và nhà máy.
- Sẵn sàng di chuyển giữa Hà Nội – Hà Nam (1–3 buổi/tuần, công ty có xe đưa đón).
