Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty hoạt động trong lĩnh vực giáo dục, hiện đang tuyển dụng Trưởng Phòng Hành Chính & Nhân Sự (Giáo Dục, ID21263, 1350 USD):
- Xây dựng cơ cấu tổ chức, định biên nhân sự phù hợp với chiến lược phát triển công ty
- Tham mưu Ban Giám đốc về chiến lược nhân sự, chính sách lao động và văn hóa doanh nghiệp
- Xây dựng và triển khai hệ thống: nội quy, quy chế, lương thưởng (3P), KPI/đánh giá hiệu suất
- Quản lý toàn bộ vòng đời nhân sự: tuyển dụng, onboarding, đào tạo, đánh giá, bổ nhiệm, nghỉ việc
- Quản lý hồ sơ nhân sự, hợp đồng lao động và dữ liệu nhân sự
- Đảm bảo tuân thủ pháp luật lao động, BHXH và các quy định liên quan
- Xử lý quan hệ lao động, kỷ luật, tranh chấp lao động
- Xây dựng đội ngũ kế thừa và nâng cao chất lượng nhân sự
- Xây dựng, chuẩn hóa và tối ưu hệ thống/quy trình HCNS; triển khai HRM, tự động hóa và kiểm soát nội bộ; theo dõi, báo cáo các chỉ số nhân sự (biến động, chi phí, nghỉ việc, hiệu quả tuyển dụng).
- Quản lý công tác hành chính: xây dựng & kiểm soát quy định, quản lý tài sản – mua sắm, và kiểm soát chi phí theo ngân sách.
- Xây dựng và phát triển văn hóa doanh nghiệp, tổ chức hoạt động nội bộ và tạo môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp.
Requirement
- Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Trưởng phòng HCNS (ưu tiên lĩnh vực giáo dục/đào tạo)
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Quản trị nhân lực, Luật, Quản trị kinh doanh hoặc liên quan
- Am hiểu Luật Lao động, BHXH và quan hệ lao động
- Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng hệ thống lương 3P và KPI/BSC/OKR
- Tư duy hệ thống, khả năng phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề tốt
