Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty Việt Nam, đang tuyển dụng vị trí Trưởng Phòng Chất Lượng (Dược/Mỹ Phẩm, $1200, ID18324).
- Tổ chức, quản lý và điều phối toàn bộ hoạt động của phòng Quản lý Chất lượng.
- Thiết lập và ban hành các tiêu chuẩn, quy trình, quy định liên quan đến: bảo quản, thành phẩm, bán thành phẩm, vệ sinh, an toàn vệ sinh (ATVS) thực phẩm, v.v.
- Xây dựng và cập nhật các biểu mẫu phục vụ công tác kiểm tra, kiểm soát chất lượng.
- Tổ chức thực hiện các hoạt động kiểm tra, giám sát chất lượng sản phẩm theo đúng tiêu chuẩn và quy định hiện hành.
- Xử lý các sự cố liên quan đến chất lượng, đề xuất biện pháp phòng ngừa và cải tiến.
- Tổ chức tuyển dụng, đào tạo, huấn luyện và phát triển đội ngũ nhân sự thuộc phòng.
- Làm việc chặt chẽ với các phòng ban liên quan như Mua hàng, R&D, Sản xuất... trong việc đánh giá và lựa chọn nhà cung cấp, phát triển sản phẩm mới.
- Đề xuất các chính sách, chiến lược và giải pháp nhằm nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm và phát triển nguồn nhân lực.
- Theo dõi, giám sát tiến độ và chất lượng công việc trong phòng.
- Tổng hợp, phân tích và báo cáo kết quả công việc định kỳ cho cấp trên.
Requirement
- Nam/ Nữ ; 25-35 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên các ngành: QLCL, thực phẩm,...
- Có kinh nghiệm từ 1 năm vị trí tương đương tại các công ty sản xuất hóa mỹ phẩm, dược phẩm.
- Am hiểu về các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng, ATVSTP và quy trình quản lý, giám sát.
- Nắm rõ kiến thức về quản lý chất lượng ISO, HACCP.... các yêu cầu, quy định pháp luật liên quan.
