Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Trưởng Phòng Bảo Trì (Tiếng Trung, $1700, ID20042):
- Quản lý toàn diện hệ thống thiết bị sản xuất và thiết bị phụ trợ trong nhà máy, đảm bảo vận hành ổn định và hiệu quả.
- Chủ trì các hoạt động liên quan đến thiết bị mới: đánh giá, đề xuất, đưa vào sử dụng, kiểm định, lắp đặt và hoàn thiện các điều kiện vận hành.
- Xây dựng và triển khai hệ thống quản lý thiết bị, đảm bảo các tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật và hiệu suất luôn được duy trì.
- Lập kế hoạch và tổ chức thực hiện công tác bảo trì, bảo dưỡng, sửa chữa nhằm hạn chế tối đa thời gian dừng máy.
- Liên tục cải tiến thiết bị, tối ưu hóa chi phí vận hành và thúc đẩy các hoạt động TPM trong nhà máy.
- Quản lý, đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ kỹ sư/kỹ thuật viên; phân công công việc hợp lý để nâng cao năng suất và hiệu quả làm việc.
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các bộ phận như Sản xuất, Chất lượng, Kỹ thuật (PE) để xử lý sự cố và cải thiện quy trình.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên.
Requirement
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên các chuyên ngành liên quan đến kỹ thuật, cơ điện, tự động hóa hoặc lĩnh vực tương đương.
- Có tối thiểu 3–5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí quản lý thiết bị trong môi trường sản xuất (ưu tiên nhà máy tự động hóa).
- Am hiểu về hệ thống máy móc, thiết bị công nghiệp và có kỹ năng xử lý sự cố kỹ thuật.
- Tiếng Trung thành thạo 4 kỹ năng
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm triển khai và vận hành TPM.
