Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty vốn FDI đang tìm kiếm vị trí Trưởng Phòng Bảo Trì (Sản Xuất, tiếng Anh/tiếng Nhật, 950$+, ID20014):
1. Thiết bị sản xuất
1. Thiết bị sản xuất
- Đảm bảo máy móc và dây chuyền luôn vận hành ổn định, liên tục
- Hạn chế tối đa thời gian ngừng máy ngoài kế hoạch
- Đảm bảo thiết bị đáp ứng đầy đủ các tiêu chuẩn về an toàn và chất lượng
- Xây dựng và triển khai kế hoạch bảo trì định kỳ (PM) và bảo trì dự đoán
- Phối hợp với bộ phận sản xuất để sắp xếp lịch bảo trì hợp lý, không ảnh hưởng tiến độ
- Điều phối và xử lý kịp thời các sự cố máy móc phát sinh khẩn cấp
- Phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ của các hư hỏng
- Đề xuất các giải pháp cải tiến thiết bị và quy trình nhằm giảm thiểu lỗi lặp lại
- Kiểm soát ngân sách sửa chữa, vật tư, phụ tùng thay thế và chi phí dịch vụ bên ngoài
- Phối hợp với bộ phận mua hàng và kế toán trong việc đề xuất sửa chữa, thay thế thiết bị
- Phân công, giám sát và đào tạo đội ngũ kỹ thuật bảo trì (Điện – Cơ – Điều khiển – Robot)
- Đảm bảo nhân sự trực ca đầy đủ, hỗ trợ sản xuất liên tục 24/7
- Thiết lập và duy trì các quy trình bảo trì, tài liệu đào tạo, hướng dẫn và bản vẽ kỹ thuật
- Tuân thủ các quy định về an toàn lao động, nội quy nhà máy và tiêu chuẩn khách hàng (SEMI, ISO,…)
- Giám sát các chỉ số hiệu suất như: Downtime, MTBF, MTTR, chi phí bảo trì
- Thực hiện báo cáo định kỳ cho Ban lãnh đạo
Requirement
- Nam, 30 - 50 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/ Đại học chuyên ngành: Cơ khí chế tạo, cơ điện tử, Điện – điện công nghiệp, Tự động hóa
- Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm tại vị trí tương đương trong các công ty sản xuất
- Có kinh nghiệm sửa chữa với các thiết bị sản xuất: Máy CNC, đột dập, tiện, phay, hàn; Hệ thống thủy lực – khí né
- Tiếng anh hoặc tiếng Nhật sử dụng tốt 4 kỹ năng
