Job Description
- Quản lý và phát triển các kênh truyền thông xã hội (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram).
- Lập kế hoạch và triển khai nội dung, bao gồm ý tưởng, kịch bản video và các chiến dịch truyền thông.
- Điều phối hoạt động quay dựng, chụp ảnh và sản xuất nội dung theo kế hoạch.
- Triển khai, theo dõi và tối ưu các chiến dịch TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads nhằm tăng hiệu quả chuyển đổi và thu hút khách hàng.
- Phân tích hiệu quả marketing, lập báo cáo định kỳ và đề xuất các giải pháp tăng trưởng khách hàng, doanh thu và nhận diện thương hiệu.
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nam/Nữ, Độ tuổi: 25-35 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học
- Có từ 2 năm kinh nghiệm lead marketing bên mảng salon tóc, spa, sản phẩm làm đẹp.
- Mạnh về làm content và chạy ad, biết xây dựng, phát triển kênh Tiktok, Facebook
