Job Description
- Tính toán, lên phương án đóng gói, đảm bảo an toàn khi vận chuyển.
- Đọc hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật, triển khai đóng gói theo đúng tiêu chuẩn và yêu cầu khách hàng.
- Quản lý, phân công công việc cho nhân sự trong bộ phận đóng gói, đảm bảo tiến độ sản xuất.
- Kiểm soát chất lượng đóng gói, giám sát quá trình vận hành thiết bị, vật tư đóng gói.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan (sản xuất, kỹ thuật, kho, xuất nhập khẩu…) để đảm bảo đóng gói đúng tiến độ.
- Hướng dẫn, đào tạo nhân viên về quy trình đóng gói và an toàn lao động.
- Báo cáo công việc theo ngày/tuần/tháng, đề xuất cải tiến nâng cao hiệu suất đóng gói.
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nam/Nữ, Độ tuổi: Dưới 40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp trở lên
- Có 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương, phụ trách đóng gói sản phẩm máy móc, kết cấu xuất khẩu trong công ty sản xuất
- Thông thạo bản vẽ, có thể triển khai được công việc theo nhóm.
- Sẵn sàng tăng ca theo yêu cầu công việc
