1. Xây dựng và đào tạo hệ thống tài liệu
1. Xây dựng và đào tạo hệ thống tài liệu
- Xây dựng, hoàn thiện và ban hành hệ thống quy trình, quy định, tài liệu hướng dẫn liên quan đến kiểm soát nội bộ.
- Tổ chức đào tạo và hướng dẫn nhân viên trong công ty về các tài liệu, quy trình nhằm đảm bảo tuân thủ và hiệu quả hoạt động.
- Tổ chức kiểm soát định kỳ theo kế hoạch hoặc kiểm soát đột xuất theo yêu cầu.
- Chịu trách nhiệm trước Ban Giám đốc về các kết quả kiểm soát do các nhóm kiểm soát thực hiện.
- Giám sát việc tuân thủ quy định nội bộ của công ty đối với tất cả các hoạt động, đảm bảo tính minh bạch và hiệu quả.
- Lập báo cáo kiểm soát và thư quản lý, phản ánh các vấn đề đã tuân thủ và chưa tuân thủ tại các đơn vị được kiểm soát.
- Đề xuất các biện pháp khắc phục, cải thiện quy trình để nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động và đảm bảo tuân thủ quy định.
- Phân tích, đánh giá rủi ro có thể phát sinh trong hoạt động của công ty và đề xuất giải pháp phòng ngừa.
- Đưa ra các hành động cải thiện nhằm tăng cường kiểm soát nội bộ, tối ưu hóa quy trình, giảm thiểu chi phí và nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động.
- Chỉ đạo, điều hành các kiểm soát viên, đảm bảo hoạt động kiểm soát được thực hiện một cách độc lập, khách quan và hiệu quả.
- Chịu trách nhiệm tổ chức, quản lý và đánh giá kết quả hoạt động của bộ phận kiểm soát nội bộ trước Ban Giám đốc.
- Chịu trách nhiệm tổ chức, giám sát hoạt động của đội ngũ An ninh nội bộ và team CCTV, đảm bảo an toàn, bảo mật trong toàn công ty.
- Quản lý, đánh giá chất lượng dịch vụ của các đối tác cung cấp dịch vụ bảo vệ, đảm bảo công tác an ninh tại các địa điểm trong công ty hoạt động hiệu quả.
Requirement
- Nam. Độ tuổi: 28 - 40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại Học trở lên chuyên ngành Chăn nuôi thú y, Kế Toán. Kiểm Toán, Tài chính.
- Có từ 05 năm đảm nhiệm vị trí giám sát về kiểm soát nội bộ, kiểm toán nội bộ tại các công ty có quy mô từ 1000 nhân sự.
- Sẵn sàng đi công tác.
