Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty thương mại hiện đang tuyển Trợ Lý Kinh Doanh ($950, ID19759):
- Nhập và theo dõi đơn hàng, kiểm tra tồn kho – giá – chiết khấu.
- Phối hợp Kho & vận chuyển, giám sát giao hàng, xử lý phát sinh.
- Tổng hợp & đối soát công nợ (không trực tiếp thu tiền).
- Lập báo cáo doanh số, quản lý dữ liệu khách hàng/đại lý.
- Tính chiết khấu, thưởng doanh số, hoa hồng Sales.
- Soạn báo giá, hợp đồng mẫu, chuẩn bị hồ sơ bán hàng.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, 30–45 tuổi. Tốt nghiệp CĐ/ĐH (Kinh tế, QTKD, Kế toán, Logistics…).
- 1–2 năm kinh nghiệm Sales Admin/Sales Support/Điều phối bán hàng.
- Ưu tiên từng làm VLXD, sơn, FMCG, phân phối.
- Thành thạo Excel/Google Sheet + ít nhất 1 phần mềm quản lý bán hàng.
- Cẩn thận, xử lý dữ liệu tốt, chủ động, gắn bó lâu dài.
