Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tìm kiếm Trợ Lý IE (Tiếng Trung, Điện Tử, $800, ID 17779):
- Xây dựng hệ thống văn bản tiêu chuẩn cho hoạt động sản xuất.
- Thống kê và thiết lập giờ làm việc tiêu chuẩn cho từng công đoạn.
- Soạn thảo, cập nhật và duy trì hướng dẫn vận hành tiêu chuẩn (SOP).
- Lập báo cáo giá thành sản phẩm và cập nhật theo biến động chi phí.
- Khảo sát và đánh giá hiện trạng dây chuyền, khu vực sản xuất.
- Đề xuất phương án cải tiến quy trình nhằm nâng cao năng suất và chất lượng.
- Giám sát việc triển khai các hoạt động cải tiến tại hiện trường.
- Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật đưa sản phẩm mới vào sản xuất hàng loạt.
- Phân tích tính hợp lý và khả thi của quy trình sản phẩm mới.
- Xây dựng lộ trình triển khai sản phẩm mới (NPI).
- Đánh giá hiệu quả sản xuất thử nghiệm và phân tích chi phí quy trình.
- Biên dịch tài liệu kỹ thuật và quy trình sản xuất (Anh - Trung - Việt).
- Chuẩn hóa và lưu trữ tài liệu phục vụ đào tạo, vận hành và kiểm tra nội bộ.
Requirement
- Nam, dưới 35 tuổi;
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành Cơ khí hoặc Kỹ thuật Công nghiệp;
- Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm cải tiến hiện trường và kỹ thuật IE trong lĩnh vực điện tử;
- Thành thạo AutoCAD;
- Tiếng trung thành thạo 4 kỹ năng
