Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Trợ Lý Giám Đốc Tiếng Trung (Sản Xuất, $800, ID17300):
- Sắp xếp lịch trình, tổ chức và điều phối các cuộc họp, sự kiện, đảm bảo lịch làm việc hiệu quả cho Giám đốc.
- Truyền đạt thông tin, yêu cầu đến các phòng ban liên quan, theo dõi tiến độ công việc và báo cáo kết quả.
- Thục hiện phiên dịch cho khối sản xuất (Trung - Việt)
- Hỗ trợ làm việc, đối ứng với khách hàng, làm bảng biểu cung cấp
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo chỉ đạo của Giám đốc
Requirement
- Nữ, 30-45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp đại học các chuyên ngành Quản trị Kinh doanh, Kinh tế, Tài chính hoặc các lĩnh vực khác.
- 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Phiên dịch hoặc trợ lý tại các công ty sản xuất cơ khí đột dập
- Có kỹ năng giao tiếp, nhanh nhẹn
- Tiếng Trung thành thạo 4 kỹ năng
