Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Trợ Lý Giám Đốc (Tiếng Trung, $1000, ID17693):
- Đóng vai trò cầu nối ngôn ngữ giữa Ban giám đốc và các phòng ban nội bộ, hỗ trợ phiên dịch trong các hoạt động của bộ phận Hành chính – Nhân sự, Truyền thông – Marketing, Kinh doanh và các bộ phận liên quan khác.
- Hỗ trợ lãnh đạo trong việc giải quyết các công việc hành chính hàng ngày, soạn thảo và xử lý thư từ, tài liệu thương mại.
- Phối hợp với các phòng ban theo sự phân công của lãnh đạo để đảm bảo công việc được vận hành hiệu quả.
- Các nội dung công việc cụ thể sẽ được thảo luận chi tiết trong buổi phỏng vấn.
Requirement
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành tiếng Trung từ Đại học Ngoại Ngữ, Đại học Hà Nội hoặc các trường ĐH chuyên ngữ đào tạo tiếng Trung chính quy.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có chứng chỉ HSK cấp 5 hoặc 6, hoặc TOCFL cấp 4 trở lên (ban B). Ưu tiên ứng viên đã từng học tập hoặc sinh sống tại Trung Quốc.
- Nam/nữ có ngoại hình ưa nhìn; chiều cao tối thiểu: Nam 1m68, Nữ 1m56.
- Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm đảm nhận vị trí tương tự.
- Tác phong chuyên nghiệp, hiểu biết về nghi thức trong môi trường doanh nghiệp, làm việc cẩn trọng, chu đáo. Có tư duy nhạy bén, nhanh nhẹn trong tiếp thu và triển khai công việc theo chỉ đạo.
- Có khả năng làm việc độc lập lẫn phối hợp nhóm hiệu quả.
