Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for Training & Talent Development Specialist (Manufacturing, ID21622, 1300USD)
- Manage onboarding and training programs for new and existing employees across both plants.
- Develop and maintain training programs based on the Master Skills Matrix and identified skill gaps.
- Work with Plant Managers and department leaders to identify training needs and performance gaps.
- Support Supervisors and Managers with employee development and professional development tools.
- Coordinate training programs for both hourly and salaried employees and ensure proper documentation.
- Monitor training effectiveness and measure improvements in employee performance.
- Support succession planning, career development, and internal talent pipeline initiatives.
- Work with Operations, Safety, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments to improve employee capabilities.
- Organize employee engagement activities and events across both plants.
- Prepare training and talent development reports as required.
Requirement
- Female, under 40 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR/Training & Development experience in manufacturing companies with around 300–500 employees.
- Strong experience in Training & Development and Talent Development.
- Experience with onboarding, training needs analysis, competency development, or succession planning.
- Good at English
