Job Description
Đối tác của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tìm kiếm vị trí Tổ Trưởng Tổ Hàn (600 USD, ID 15906)
- Nắm bắt đầy đủ kế hoạch sản xuất, nhiệm vụ được giao trên cương vị quản lý tổ. Chủ động xây dựng kế hoạch sản xuất của tổ theo yêu cầu công việc.
- Chịu trách nhiệm phân công công việc phù hợp cho từng thành viên trong tổ, dựa trên chuyên môn và năng lực cá nhân.
- Trực tiếp tham gia và quản lý các công đoạn trong tổ: hàn TIG, hàn MIG, sửa nguội, mài và làm sạch sản phẩm.
- Đặt mục tiêu sản lượng hằng ngày, chủ động thúc đẩy tiến độ nhằm hoàn thành đúng kế hoạch đã đề ra.
- Theo dõi, kiểm tra tiến độ thực hiện và xây dựng định mức gia công sản phẩm.
- Đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm đúng theo yêu cầu kỹ thuật và bản vẽ thiết kế.
- Chịu trách nhiệm trước cấp trên đối với các lỗi vi phạm hoặc sai sót phát sinh từ nhân sự trong tổ.
- Thường xuyên báo cáo tiến độ, phản ánh các vấn đề phát sinh và phối hợp với cấp trên để kịp thời xử lý.
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nam; dưới 40 tuổi.
- Không yêu cầu bằng cấp.
- Có 3 năm kinh nghiệm phụ trách công việc hàn tại công ty sản xuất, gia công cơ khí.
