Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Tổ Trưởng Sản Xuất (Tiếng Nhật, $650, ID18094):
- Quản lý, giám sát trực tiếp nhóm 5 công nhân sản xuất tại xưởng
- Đảm bảo kế hoạch sản xuất đúng tiến độ, chất lượng và an toàn
- Hướng dẫn công nhân vận hành máy móc theo quy trình
- Kiểm soát nguyên vật liệu, dụng cụ sản xuất
- Theo dõi, báo cáo tiến độ sản xuất hàng ngày
- Phối hợp xử lý sự cố trong sản xuất
- Đào tạo, đánh giá hiệu suất làm việc của công nhân
Requirement
- Nam, dưới 35 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành kỹ thuật, máy móc, thiết bị
- Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm Trưởng nhóm sản xuất trong ngành máy móc, thiết bị, ưu tiên máy bơm
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại nhà máy Nhật
- Trình độ tiếng Nhật N3 trở lên, giao tiếp tốt
- Ưu tiên ứng viên từng tham gia chương trình thực tập sinh kỹ năng tại Nhật
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, có thể làm việc với khách hàng
