Our client is a multinational company, now looking for Technical Service Leader ($1000, ID12214)

Responsible for managing and assigning maintanance tasks.
Responsible for operating and assigning maintenance tasks or arising problems of office furniture projects after handover to customers, in order to provide prompt and high-quality customer service.
Thorough technical knowledge to advise customers and support staff when having complicated problems.
Organizing customer service and technical team for each project, providing staffs with support on complicated cases
Classify new projects and assign appropriate personnel to them.
In charge of developing and implementing training program for staffs

Male; 27 - 35 years old
Graduated from University major in Construction, Architecture
From 2 years of experience in the same position in interior/furniture design companies
Good use of English
Solid knowledge construction, good at reading interior design.
