Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Talent Acquisition Supervisor (Manufacturing, 1000$, ID17271):
  • Plan and implement recruitment strategies based on the staffing needs of various departments
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting, screening resumes, and interviewing to completing onboarding procedures
  • Develop an employer branding strategy to attract potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment partners, universities, training centers, and job platforms.
  • Establish a database of potential candidates and leverage technology for talent management and sourcing.
  • Train and develop recruitment team members, fostering a dynamic and professional working environment.
  • Provide periodic reports on recruitment effectiveness, success rates, and hiring costs.
  • Analyze and improve recruitment processes to ensure candidate quality and time efficiency.

Requirement

  • Male/ Female, Under 37 years old
  • University degree or higher in related major
  • Have over 02 year of experience in Recruitment/TA Supervisor at FDI manufacturing factories.
  • Proficient in English or Japanese (~ N2)
