Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Talent Acquisition Leader (ID 18274, 1100USD):
- Take full responsibility for recruitment activities in the livestock division
- Ensure recruitment plans meet the high turnover and continuous hiring demands of the industry
- Manage and lead a recruitment team of 4–5 members
- Oversee and participate directly in the recruitment process
Requirement
- Male/Female, aged 28–40.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within livestock/animal feed, preferably in a company with 1,000+ employees.
- Proven track record of frequent recruitment for farm-based roles.
- Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
