Job Description
1. Research & Innovation
-
Conduct trials to evaluate new raw materials, additives, and feed products.
-
Research and propose solutions in nutrition, management, and environmental practices to reduce stress, diarrhea, and mortality in swine.
-
Analyze trial data and prepare technical reports for internal and external stakeholders.
-
Review and optimize current feed formulas for piglets, growers, finishers, and sows.
-
Develop new product concepts based on market trends and customer needs.
-
Formulate new feed products and ensure alignment with performance goals.
-
Train sales teams on technical aspects of new products and support product launches.
-
Address customer complaints related to feed quality and nutrition-related diseases.
-
Visit customer farms to assess issues and provide technical recommendations.
-
Collaborate with other business units to ensure consistent technical support.
-
Organize seminars, benchmarking sessions, and training programs for internal teams.
-
Share insights on pig nutrition, feed technology, and farm management with TIC members and sales teams.
Requirement
-
Master’s or Doctorate degree in Animal Science or Veterinary Medicine.
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in swine nutrition, farm management, or related fields.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
Intermediate or higher proficiency in English; able to communicate fluently.

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
