Dream Job Alert! $2800/month salary awaits! We're hiring a Supply Chain Manager (Automotive/ Mechanical, ID17391) for a foreign investment company
- Plan production and capacity, ensuring material supply meets production needs with minimal stock and optimized costs.
- Address material planning issues, including over/under delivery, and resolve material shortages affecting production.
- Assess volume requirements and manage inventory risk, ensuring contingency plans are in place.
- Recommend solutions to meet production needs and reduce operational risks.
- Design and implement flexible solutions to improve business efficiency and drive process improvements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure consistent material planning processes.
- Ensure effective Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system with accurate, up-to-date data.
- Investigate and implement system enhancements.
- Maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) integrity and inventory accuracy, managing inventory levels and movements.
- Manage obsolete parts process to minimize waste and liability.
- Oversee labeling to ensure correct parts/assemblies are delivered to customers on time.
- Provide strategic and operational reports, tracking target achievement and corrective actions.
- Monitor warehouse and logistics operations.
Requirement
- Male/Female: under 50 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Good English communication skills
- Minimum of 3 years in the position of Supply Chain Manager in the automotive or mechanical industry of an FDI manufacturing company
- Experience in operating ERP/SAP B1 system.
- Priority is given to candidates with experience in IATF 16949, GMP, OEE, Capacity Analysis, TPM, ERP POKAYOKE, 6Sigma...
