Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury spa facility:
- Manage the overall operations of the spa to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Lead, train, and motivate spa staff to deliver outstanding service and achieve performance targets.
- Ensure all spa services and facilities meet Meliá’s brand standards and guest expectations.
- Maintain inventory of spa supplies and manage budgets effectively.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to maximize revenue.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with other departments to provide seamless guest experiences.
Requirement
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar Spa Manager role in luxury international hotels or resorts.
- Strong skills in communication, guest service, and sales techniques.
- A college degree is preferred, especially in Hospitality, Wellness, or Spa Management.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
