Job Description
- Perform daily compliance activities and prepare required documentation for client, third-party, and government audits.
- Manage and oversee social compliance practices within the factory.
- Provide support, communication, and training to partners as required.
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of local labor, wage, and safety laws; labor contracts; client codes of conduct; and international human rights standards (e.g., WRAP, BSCI, SMETA).
- Execute other tasks as assigned by the manager.
- Participate in cross-audit activities.
- Update and maintain legal documents and international standards related to social compliance.
- Ensure full compliance with legal requirements to facilitate smooth company operations.
Requirement
- Gender: Female, Age: Under 30 years old
- Graduate from College, major in law, environment or social fields depending on the responsibility area
- Have 2 years of experience in garment/textile/washing manufacturing industry, knowledge of BSCI, WRAP, SMETA...
- Good at English
