Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Service Engineer (Medical Device & Software, $1200, ID21370):
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, and connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 4G/5G).
- Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections to ensure device reliability and compliance with healthcare standards.
- Install, configure, and support telehealth devices and integrated software solutions at customer sites.
- Manage software upgrades, firmware updates, and cybersecurity patches for deployed systems.
- Deliver technical training to healthcare professionals and hospital IT teams on system operation and best practices.
- Collaborate with regional and global technical teams to escalate complex issues and implement solutions.
- Maintain accurate service documentation, installation records, customer reports, and spare parts inventory in the company CRM/ticketing system.
Requirement
- Male, 28-40 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or related disciplines.
- 1–3 years of experience in Service Engineering or Technical Support, preferably within medical devices, healthcare IT, or telecommunications.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and mobile operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows).
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi, and cellular communications.
- Familiarity with electronic diagnostic tools such as multimeters and safety analyzers.
- Understanding of mechanical assembly and equipment maintenance.
- Good at English
