Job Description
Textile Technician (Brushing, ID 17442) wanted for a foreign-invested company! $1200/month salary + opportunities to grow!
- Manage and oversee the functioning of brushing machines.
- Ensure that the production schedule is followed efficiently.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
- Provide technical assistance to the production team as needed.
- Address and resolve technical issues that arise during production.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance team to ensure machinery is maintained and repaired promptly.
- Engage in the creation of new product samples and enhancements.
- Work with relevant departments to test and implement new samples.
- Instruct and guide employees on brushing techniques and processes.
- Develop work schedules and maintain workplace safety.
- Research and implement new production methods to boost efficiency and quality.
- Suggest improvements in work processes and resource utilization.
Requirement
- Male/ Female; Under 45 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brushing or similar roles.
- In-depth understanding of brushing processes and technology.
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Effective communication skills (in both English and Vietnamese).
