Job Description
1. Sales & Business Development
-
Identify and acquire new Contract Logistics customers (50% new business).
-
Drive nationwide sales activities to expand market presence.
-
Prepare competitive proposals, quotations, and CL solutions for 3PL/4PL services.

Analyze industry trends and customer needs to uncover growth opportunities.
-
Manage and strengthen relationships with key and strategic accounts.
-
Develop account plans, sales strategies, and accurate business forecasts.
-
Understand customer requirements and coordinate solutions that meet operational and commercial needs.
-
Drive retention, cross-selling, and upselling across CL and related services.
-
Work closely with Innovation and Operations teams during onboarding and implementation.

Ensure smooth service setup and alignment between customer expectations and internal processes.
-
Support knowledge sharing, team capability building, and a collaborative working culture.
Requirement
- Male, 35-47 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Good at English
- Minimum 10–20 years of direct experience in Contract Logistics Sales or 3PL/4PL business development.
- Proven track record of delivering high sales performance, securing large-scale and long-term logistics contracts.
- Experience managing strategic accounts and leading solution development for major clients.
- Existing customer network in Southeast Asia and Australia is an advantage.
- Experience with supply chain solution systems (FIS, WMS, TMS).
