Job Description
We're hiring a Senior Laboratory Examiner (Garment, ID 17334) for a foreign-invested company.
- Ensure inspections are conducted in accordance with established standards and customer specifications to meet all requirements.
- Allocate available workforce efficiently to achieve daily production targets.
- Stay informed about any issues arising from raw materials in production, and collaborate with relevant departments (both internal and external) to resolve these issues promptly.
- Maintain and update all relevant charts for the LAB.
- Identify and facilitate training and development needs within the respective areas.
- Assist the department manager by providing necessary information as required.
- Perform additional tasks and duties aligned with the current role, as requested by management.
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female, Age: 30-45 years old
- Graduated from university with a major in Textile Engineering, Dyeing, Fabric Technology, or Garment Manufacturing
- At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Lab, focusing on fabric inspection, material inspection in a garment manufacturing factory
- Must have previous management experience and have managed a team.
- Good at English
