Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Senior Import Specialist (Logistics, $900, ID18271):
- Prepare documentation for cross-border truck import, including customs clearance and inspection.
- Manage and verify LSP’s pre-alerts; coordinate delivery planning.
- Issue debit notes based on contract rates for C/C (customs clearance) processes.
- Coordinate with LSPs and customers’ Purchasing/Logistics teams for urgent delivery requirements.
- Handle booking for single trucks and combined shipments.
- Manage irregularities, ensuring timely resolution and smooth operation.
- Provide support for air and ocean shipments.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as required.
Requirement
- Male/Female. Under 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Have 03 years of experience related to import, in charge of domestic and international Air - Sea - Truck goods for Logistics companies
- Fluent in English
