Job Description
- Receive production items, track, respond to and adjust order progress
- Track order status and shipping plans (prepare documents that need to be reported to customs and arrange products that do not need to be reported to customs). Handle customer complaints
- Make reports, reconcile debts, track payments, manage and process customer records
- Respond to customers
- Support department directors to handle related tasks
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female Age: under 40 years old.
- Graduated from university.
- 3 years of experience as a b2b sales assistant, preferably in the electronics sector.
- Good at English, Base Chinese
