Job Description
- Handle daily sales activities in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Manage the sales process to monitor the overall performance of the sales team, continuously improve, and adapt to market conditions.
- Manage sales KPIs, provide timely support and guidance to the sales staff to achieve monthly targets.
- Monitor and direct how sales representatives achieve their individual goals.
- Ensure sales staff are well-trained, motivated, and always ready when needed.
- Track sales history, vehicle records, customer history, and tasks on the CRM system.
- Manage showroom inventory and coordinate with other departments to ensure vehicles are always ready for retail sales.
- Prepare and manage weekly and monthly sales reports as well as sales KPI reports.
- Regularly conduct sales training for the team to improve selling, negotiation, and closing skills, as well as enhance customer relationship management.
- Monitor market activities from competitors and provide periodic market reports.
- Propose annual sales strategies and promotional campaigns in coordination with other departments when necessary.
- Handle customer complaints.
Requirement
- Male/Female, under 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in motorcycle and automobile retail
- Good communication in English at work
