Job Description
Our client is a joint venture company seeking to recruit a Sales Staff (Tires, $600, ID19682)
- Technical Consultation: Answer queries and provide consultation to customers regarding specialized tire products.
- Prospecting & Relationship Building: Identify, approach, and establish relationships with bicycle shops and spare parts dealers.
- Order Follow-up: Track the process from order confirmation and packaging to delivery and accounts receivable collection.
- Customer Care: Maintain post-sales customer relationships and handle product technical complaints (if any).
- Market Research: Monitor new product trends and report on competitor activities.
- Content Creation: Develop plans and directly produce content (writing articles, taking photos, shooting short videos) for the Fanpage, TikTok, and Website
Requirement
- Male. Under 35 years old
- College degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in selling physical products
- Conversational English for internal communication
- Knowledge of tire brands and spare parts
- Willingness to travel on business
