Job Description
$1800/month++ salary awaits! We're hiring a Sales & Marketing Manager (Resort, ID17763) for a Vietnamese company:
- Develop the department's budget plan to achieve the financial and brand objectives set by the facility, in line with the company's overall directior
- Responsible for developing plans and implementing activities to identify, approach, and capture customer demand through various sales channels (TA, OTA, CORPORATE, ONLINE, etc.) in order to promote and sell the company's tourism services and ensure planned revenue targets are met;
- Coordinate with relevant departments to identify and propose suitable products, services, and pricing based on specific periods, customer segments
- Develop and propose appropriate pricing solutions tailored to specific times, regions, and customer segments to optimize revenue for the resort.
- Organize the implementation of marketing programs, advertising plans, promotional campaigns, etc.; monitor execution and report results.
- Implement information and promotional campaigns for products and services; develop online marketing plans through digital media channels, SEO, forums, TVCs, email marketing, etc., in order to expand distribution channels and promote the company’s brand
Requirement
- Male/Female: under 55 years old
- Graduated from the University
- Have 04 years of experience as the same position in the in 4 star resort or above
- Good at English
