Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager (Hotel, Negotiable, ID- 16968)
• Conduct market research and participate in developing business strategies for both OTA (Online Travel Agents) and TA (Travel Agents).
• Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with online booking channels and travel agencies.
• Regularly update potential customer information.
• Create and implement plans to contact customers, share promotional offers, and hotel event updates..
• Manage and develop creative content for advertising programs and hotel service sales on OTA platforms.
• Oversee and maintain the hotel's image and brand identity.
