Job Description

Dream Job Alert! Become a Sales Manager (Water Treatment Projects, ID19915) at a foreign-invested company and earn $2000 Net/month:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence nationwide
  • Proactively identify, approach, and acquire new clients, with a strong focus on project-based water treatment solutions
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, particularly in manufacturing plants, industrial zones, and private enterprises
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales engineers (including 1 team leader and 2 staff) to ensure performance targets are met
  • Provide coaching and training to enhance team capabilities in both technical and sales competencies
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals, commercial plans, and project-based solutions tailored to client needs
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to adjust business strategies accordingly
  • Track, analyze, and report sales performance, forecasts, and key account metrics to senior management
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in business trips as required to develop and maintain client relationships

Requirement

  • Male/Female, Age: 35 – 45 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or other related fields (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within water treatment or a related industry
  • Proven track record in B2B project sales, particularly in industrial or manufacturing sectors
  • Strong experience in business planning, proposal development, and project-based selling
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); Japanese language skills are a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Self-driven, proactive, and willing to travel frequently for business
