Salary up to $3.200/month awaits! We are recruiting Sales Manager (Garment, ID 19362) for a foreign-invested company
- Develop sales budgets aligned with company growth goals
- Drive sales team to achieve assigned sales targets
- Create and execute customer development plans
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and communication
- Promote company products to identify new business opportunities
- Handle customer issues and develop long-term account plans
- Collect sales forecasts from customers
- Coordinate with internal teams to plan production capacity and raw material needs
- Prepare internal sales plans and set monthly production and sales targets
- Ensure on-time payment collection from customers
- Follow up regularly to support effective cash flow management
- Ensure smooth order processing, production, and delivery
Requirement
- Male or Female, aged 30–45
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in garment accessories or garment/textile industry
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written). Chinese language skills are a plus
