Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Manager (Fragrance, $2000, ID15970):
- Responsible for develop & increase the Fragrance Sales in North Vietnam for large and medium prospects.
- Provide a yearly marketing and sales plan in order to further develop a plan.
- Propose & Implement an Individual Customer Action Plan- Sales Plan.
- Prepare Sales Budget Forecast for the following year.
- Manage, coordinate, follow client fragrance briefs according to company strategy & capabilities.
- Negotiate prices following company pricing policy.
- Regular visits to clients to present product offer.
- Bring back olfactive from customer feedback and communicate it to R&D team.
Requirement
- Male/Female, 30-45 years old
- 5 - 10 years of working as the position of Sales / Technical in Fragrance industry
- Good command of English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
