Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Manager (Construction Machinery, 1200$, ID 16061)
- Accountable and responsible for leading teams to meet individual and business growth and sales targets.
- Conduct weekly sales meetings to strategically handle pricing, complaints, collections, and sales volumes.
- Recognize industry trends and demands, offer advice, and put suitable company plans into action.
- Manages relationships with customers with an eye toward ongoing improvement.
- Responsible for the debt incurred in collecting receivables.
- Create a sales training program to assist in the development of both new and current team members.
- Take corrective measures and pinpoint sales hazards.
- Weekly, monthly, or annual reports to the general director as needed.
Requirement
- Male/Female, 29-45 Years old
- Graduated from University with majors in Business Administration, Sales, construction or a relevant field.
- At least 5 years experience in a similar position selling construction machinery
- Good at English
